Double Purple Sea Moss Gel

I bought two jars of Double Purple Sea Moss Gel And I can’t say for sure that I feel more energetic.. but I definitely feel healthier in my body as I take 3 tablespoons a day Which could be contributed to rest also.. I would like more information regarding the signs to look for when the SEAMOSS Gel begins to go bad.. My jars have been in the refrigerator more than the recommended amount of days on the packaging.. Just curious if my second jar still good
