Okay so I have been buying from keymoss for a while now, this is my first time trying the elderberry it definitely hits.. but the product over all is amazing. I sleep well at night and wake up without feeling tired and the results actually showed In my labs prior to taking seamoss my cholesterol was rising my dr and I talked about good eating habits etc. Well I struggled with that and didn't do so well with staying consistent.
