  • 2 tbsp of linseed 
  • 1 cup nut milk (can use coconut milk)
  • Coconut condensed milk (optional to taste)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut nectar 
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla
