If you want to stretch your legs take the footpath beside the house to visit the 17th Century church of St. Paul's and take a few minutes to sit and enjoy the peace of the churchyard overlooking the ancient Damson orchards. Stroll to the gardens and nursery at Halecat or wander down into the village for refreshments at the Derby Arms.
